Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with 8bitdo. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.

1. Return Eligibility Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your package. Return requests submitted after this 30-day window will not be approved.

2. Return Item Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Items must be free from stains, damage, or signs of wear. Personalized, customized, or clearance sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

3. Return Shipping Cost

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong size or item), we will cover all return shipping fees. After you submit a return request, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.

If you wish to return an item due to personal reasons such as changing your mind or selecting the wrong size, return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Additionally, a processing fee of $3.99 will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refund Processing Time

After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. The time it takes for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. Damaged & Lost Package Compensation

If your package is lost or severely damaged during shipping, please notify us within 7 days of receipt and provide photos of the damaged outer box and contents. We will offer a free reshipment or a full refund without requiring return of the damaged goods.
