Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. During peak holiday seasons, please allow for an additional 2-3 business days for order processing. Customers will be notified by email in advance of any expected delays.
2. Shipping Regions & Delivery Time
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, military addresses, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order details.
Estimated delivery time is 7-12 business days from the date the order is shipped.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, please contact us at bryantborysewiczbk250@gmail.com to arrange a return at no charge.
4. Return & Refund Policy
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, we may have already started processing your order and cancellation may no longer be possible. To request a cancellation, please contact us promptly at bryantborysewiczbk250@gmail.com.
6. Shipping Liability
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by natural disasters, carrier issues, customs inspections, or incorrect shipping information provided by customers. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.
7. Shipment Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package status.
